Magma Jewels – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Magma Jewels, we strive to ensure that you will enjoy every piece and wear it with pride and confidence. Return, exchange or refund should be smooth, simple and without stress – if you are not 100% in love with your product, let us help you!
1.Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy
To help us remain transparent and resolve any issues in a timely manner, customers must record an unboxing video showing the parcel still sealed, the full unboxing and your footage of the product as well. The unboxing video can be useful in cases of missing items, damage in transit, or discrepancies in the product. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not get approved without the unboxing video. Please send this video to our support team by email or WhatsApp at the time of raising a concern. This policy is in place to protect both of us and allow us to resolve any issue quickly.
2.Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.
You can exchange a product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
You can only return or exchange unused, unworn and undamaged items without any signs of wear, tear and in original packaging (box, pouch, invoice and certificate).
Item(s) that are personalised, engraved or made to act as a certain type or re-designed are classified as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Products will be considered non-returnable/exchangeable if there are any signs of wear, damage, tampering or alteration by a third-party jeweller.
3. Exchange Value
If the new product is higher in value, you will pay the difference.
If the new product is lower in value, you will be issued a store credit you can use for a future transaction.
4. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
Most of the time, we are able to schedule a free reverse pickup through one of our logistics partners for you.
If the reverse pickup service is not available to you, we will assist you in getting to the nearest drop-off point.
There is no return shipping fee charged if the return request is initiated within the eligibility time frame.
5. Return Process - How It Works

Our customer support team will help you through the process step by step.
Please make sure the product is packaged with all original accessories and documents.
Upon receiving the product and passing the Quality Check (QC) process the refund or exchange will be processed.
6. Refunds
Refunds will process in 15 days after QC approval.
The amount will be sent back by bank wire, credit/debit card or through your original payment.
Product Damages and Lifetime Warranty
All Magma Jewelers products have our Lifetime Warranty.
If your jewelry breaks for any reason we will fix it free of charge (third-party damage and mis-use or issues from storage not apply).
Lost stones can be replaced with an added fee (case by case, depends on retail market price for the stone).
Modifications made outside of Magma Jewels will void the warranty.
7. Product Damage & Lifetime Warranty
All of our products here at Magma Jewels are protected with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
If your jewellery ever breaks, we will fix it at no charge, this is as long as is it does not have third-party damage, misuse, or damage due to storage issues.
Lost stones can also be replaced for an additional charge (as determined by each individual circumstance).
Any alterations made outside of Magma Jewellers will void the warranty.
